Anantara Vacation Club (“Club”) Promotional Packages (“Offer”) Terms and Conditions

  • 1. General Terms and Conditions
    • 1.1 Terms and conditions apply to all offers unless otherwise specified.
    • 1.2 Offer is valid until such time as the Club may determine.
    • 1.3 Offer subject to availability and substitutions of an equal or higher value may be offered. Reservations are subject to availability and substitutions of an equal or higher value may be offered.
    • 1.4 Offer cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion and is non-transferrable, not redeemable for cash, non-assignable and non-exchangeable.
    • 1.5 Offer cannot be used for group bookings.
    • 1.6 Offer is for hotel accommodation, hotel taxes and service charge only - any other expenses incurred will be charged to the guest’s account.
    • 1.7 By accepting the offer, you consent to the Club contacting you via phone/SMS/email in relation to your reservation and related product features notwithstanding any registration on the Do Not Call Registry.
  • 2. Eligible Persons
    • 2.1 Offer is designed for singles and couples who are married or in a life partnership and residing in the same city.
      • a. If single, you are over the age of 30 and have a minimum annual income of USD 75,000.
      • b. If married or in a life partnership, either you or your spouse/partner are/is over the age of 28 and you have a minimum combined annual income of USD 75,000.
    • 2.2 Employees of Anantara Vacation Club and their immediate families, existing Anantara Vacation Club Points Owners, existing Anantara Vacation Club Voyager Members, and persons who have attended a presentation within the past twelve (12) months are not eligible to participate in this offer.
    • 2.3 An eligible person can only ever accept a maximum of two (2) offers over the course of their life and only one offer may be redeemed per household unless otherwise specified.
    • 2.4 Anantara Vacation Club will verify eligibility prior to confirming a reservation.
  • 3. Preview Presentation
    • 3.1 Offer is provided at a discounted rate in return for compulsory attendance at and completion of the Anantara Vacation Club Shared Ownership presentation lasting approximately 90-120 minutes during their stay.
    • 3.2 In the event of failure to attend or complete the presentation during the stay and/or meet the eligibility requirements and/or in the event of a No-Show, this offer will be forfeited and a penalty fee of USD 500 will be charged to the credit card used to process your booking.
  • 4. Payment and Surcharges
    • 4.1 Full payment is required at the time of booking and must be made with a credit card (excluding Debit Card).
    • 4.2 A surcharge is payable for stays during peak season (such as Festive periods, Chinese New Year) and seasonal holidays. For more information, please contact the Club.
    • 4.3 Additional charges for stays on Thursday night, Friday night and/or Saturday night may apply depending on the Terms and Conditions outlined in the promotion’s marketing materials.
    • 4.4 Additional charges are payable for room upgrades and extra nights. For more information, please contact the Club or refer to the rate card on anantaraclub.com/promo/termsandconditions.
    • 4.5 Only one amendment per booking is permitted and must be made twenty-one (21) calendar days or more before the arrival date to avoid a no-show penalty charge of USD 500. A flat rescheduling fee of USD 99 applies and will be charged to the credit card used to process your booking.
  • 5. Amendments and Termination
    • 5.1 The Club reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions of this offer and/or to suspend or terminate the offer and/or vary the offer at any time at their reasonable discretion.
    • 5.2 The decision of the Club on all matters relating to the offer is final, conclusive and binding.
    • 5.3 In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochure, marketing or materials relating to this offer, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
    • 5.4 All information is correct at the time of submission and/or posting.


  • 1. Who is Anantara Vacation Club?
    Anantara Vacation Club (AVC) was established by Minor International PCL in 2010. Minor International is a hotel owner, operator and investor and currently has 145 hotels and serviced suites with over 18,000 rooms in its portfolio.

    AVC provides its customers with the comfort of secured future holidays locked in at today’s prices, and the opportunity to belong to a unique lifestyle club with substantial savings on pre-paid holidays.
  • 2. What does the promotion cover?
    The promotion covers hotel accommodation, hotel taxes, service charge, daily breakfast for two (2) and round-trip airport transfers to and from the hotel. All other expenses are excluded.
  • 3. How can I book my preview package?

  • 4. How far in advance do I need to make my booking?
    All bookings are subject to availability of accommodation and it is advisable to book at least 30 days prior to the travel date.
  • 5. When do I have to complete my preview package by?
    Your package is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
  • 6. Why do you require prepayment for this promotion?
    Prepayment is required to secure your reservation as accommodations are subject to availability on a first come, first served basis.
  • 7. When is the additional surcharge applicable?
    Please note that there are applicable surcharges for Peak Periods and Public Holidays depending on the destination. These fees vary based on season and availability.
  • 8. Why do I have to provide my flight details after making the booking?
    To arrange your complimentary round-trip airport transfer to and from the hotel, we need to be able to confirm your flight details to the department handling this service.
  • 9. Can I reschedule my booking?
    After your booking is confirmed, you generally have the possibility to reschedule once; however, it must be more than 21 days before travelling and a USD99 rescheduling fee applies.
  • 10. What is expected of me during my personal guided tour?
    Expect a pleasant and relaxing guided tour with one of our knowledgeable Vacation Consultants who will explain more about Anantara Vacation Club and how you can enjoy a lifetime of stays at luxurious resorts and hotels in the future at today's prices.

    The presentation lasts approximately 120 minutes. If you are married or are a couple living together, both you and your spouse/partner must attend the presentation together.
  • 11. Can I bring my children to the presentation?
    Yes, Anantara Vacation Club is designed for families and you can bring your children to the presentation.
  • 12. Is there any pressure to buy?
    There is absolutely no pressure to make any decision. The presentation is conducted in a private one-to-one discussion with one of our Vacation Consultants, who will take you through Anantara Vacation Club’s shared ownership concept and will provide you with a professional assessment of your holiday needs based on your current lifestyle.
  • 13. When is check-in/check-out time?
    Check-in time is 3pm and check-out time is 12pm. Requests for early check-in are subject to availability on the actual day.
  • 14. Is breakfast included?
    Yes, this promotion includes complimentary daily breakfast for two adults. Should you require additional breakfasts, please enquire with Anantara Vacation Club.
  • 15. Can I take my parents with me?
    All rooms are subject to local fire and safety regulations and so there is a maximum number of persons permitted to stay in a room depending on the room type and the chosen hotel. For more information please contact Anantara Vacation Club.
  • 16. Will I have access to Wi-fi in the hotel?
    Complimentary high speed internet access is available at all Anantara Hotels and Resorts. For more information, please contact participating hotel for details.
  • 17. Can you supply a cot?
    Yes, subject to availability, please request when you make your booking.
